THE GOVERNMENT/CORPORATE FOOD PYRAMID IS WRONG!
I don't care how many government officials and corporately paid scientists advise you to follow the food pyramid... It is just wrong!
Firstly, all of this ingrained thinking (brain washing) about protein is completely wrong. Eat the proportionate amount of foods (i.e. greens and nuts and seeds) described in the following pages and you will get more than adequate protein. And... it will be the right kind of protein for the human metabolism.
[By the way... ever stop to consider just where a cow gets her protein? Hint... the cow eats plants.]
Are your food choices encouraging disease? To date, hundreds of impartial independent studies have shown that the higher your dietary intake of meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and salt (acid-forming, high-protein, high-cholesterol, high-fat, and low-fiber), the higher your probability of incurring obesity, arthritis, gout, kidney stones, gallstones, constipation, peptic ulcers, hemorrhoids, hiatal hernias, diverticulosis, spastic colon, appendicitis, hypoglycemia, anemia, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart disease, stroke, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and if you are female, cervical, ovarian, uterine, and breast cancers. The fact is slowly being accepted that the majority of illnesses and deaths are caused by the (SAD) Standard American Diet.
Do you believe it? Or do you believe the sales-pitch propaganda promoted over the last hundred years by the meat, fish, dairy, egg and salt associations?
Said another way, who is more likely to lie to you, the study scientists or the food manufacturing promoters who want your money? Tell a big enough lie for a long enough time and eventually it sounds true.
Isn't it time for you to question where you got your fundamental beliefs about food?
Enhance your life by eating closer to the life force. Eating raw/steamed, organic, non-starchy vegetables and fruits empowers the metabolic process of every cell of your body. Conversely, eating packaged, processed, cooked, canned, or boxed things (mistakenly referred to as foods) cannot possibly bring you closer to a healthy, vibrant life. Choose your foods wisely. Each and every food-choice decision you make will impact your future.
